Terms of service
Overview
This website is operated by Still Standing Patio. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Still Standing Patio. By visiting our website, browsing our products, submitting a form, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use our website or purchase our products.
Products and Services
Still Standing Patio sells handcrafted concrete outdoor products, including but not limited to concrete umbrella bases, patio furniture, side tables, and related outdoor items.
Our products are heavy, durable, handcrafted items. Many products are made to order and may require special handling, delivery planning, freight-style shipping, or customer coordination before shipment or delivery.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.
Product Information, Photos, and Natural Variation
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, finishes, weights, photos, and other details as accurately as possible. However, all product information is approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Concrete is a handcrafted material. Natural variation in color, tone, texture, surface movement, air pockets, edge detail, veining, small markings, and finish should be expected. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Product photos may include examples, staged images, edited backgrounds, or previous pieces. Because each product is handmade, the item you receive may vary from the photos shown.
Measurements, weights, colors, finishes, and product appearances may vary slightly due to handmade production methods, curing conditions, materials, screen settings, lighting, and photography.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Still Standing Patio products are made to order. Made-to-order, custom, modified, or personalized products may not begin production until order details, product configuration, delivery method, and payment terms are confirmed.
Once production has started, made-to-order and custom products are considered final sale except in cases of confirmed damage, manufacturing defect, or seller error, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Orders, Quotes, and Acceptance
Submitting an order, request, or quote form does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order or quote request for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, production capacity, pricing errors, shipping limitations, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraud.
For heavy products, final pricing may depend on delivery location, freight cost, handling requirements, access limitations, carrier availability, and other shipping-related factors.
A quote is not final until confirmed by us. Quotes may expire, change, or be withdrawn at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccurate information displayed on the website. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to correct the issue, cancel the order, or provide an updated quote.
Payment must be received according to the terms provided at checkout, on the invoice, or in the accepted quote before production, shipment, or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping, Delivery, and Freight
Because our products are heavy and may require special handling, shipping and delivery costs may vary by location, product size, product weight, packaging requirements, carrier availability, and delivery access.
Some products may require a final delivered price before purchase or shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and making sure the delivery location is accessible for the selected delivery method. This includes, when applicable, driveway access, unloading access, curbside delivery access, liftgate access, equipment availability, and adequate help to safely move the product.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivery may be curbside, driveway, freight terminal, or another carrier-approved delivery point. Delivery does not automatically include inside placement, unpacking, assembly, installation, anchoring, debris removal, or moving the product to its final location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, restricted delivery access, customer unavailability, freight scheduling issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customer Responsibility for Heavy Products
Our products are heavy. Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, product weight, delivery requirements, intended placement area, and installation requirements before ordering.
Customers are responsible for safely lifting, moving, placing, installing, anchoring, storing, and using the product after delivery unless we have specifically agreed in writing to provide installation or placement services.
Customers should use appropriate help, equipment, and safety precautions when moving or placing heavy concrete products.
Still Standing Patio is not responsible for injury, property damage, product damage, or other losses caused by improper lifting, moving, installation, anchoring, placement, storage, use, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow reasonable safety precautions.
Installation, Placement, and Surface Conditions
Customers are responsible for making sure the product is placed on a stable, level, and suitable surface.
Uneven surfaces, soft ground, unstable decking, improper anchoring, poor drainage, or unsafe placement may increase the risk of tipping, movement, damage, injury, or property damage.
Still Standing Patio is not responsible for product movement, tipping, cracking, surface damage, floor/deck/patio damage, injury, or other losses caused by improper placement, unstable surfaces, improper installation, or improper anchoring.
Outdoor Use, Umbrellas, Wind, and Weather
Our products are intended for normal outdoor residential or commercial use, depending on the product.
Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately. For umbrella bases or umbrella-holder products, customers are responsible for making sure the umbrella size, umbrella height, pole size, sleeve fit, wind conditions, anchoring method, surface conditions, and use environment are appropriate.
No umbrella base, stand, table, or outdoor product can guarantee safety in all wind or weather conditions. Umbrellas should be closed, removed, or secured during windy conditions, storms, severe weather, or when unattended.
Still Standing Patio is not responsible for damage, injury, tipping, movement, falling umbrellas, broken umbrellas, property damage, or other losses caused by wind, weather, improper umbrella use, improper anchoring, improper placement, uneven surfaces, oversized umbrellas, incompatible umbrella poles, or failure to use common safety precautions.
Product Care and Maintenance
Concrete products may require reasonable care and maintenance. Outdoor exposure, freeze-thaw conditions, moisture, standing water, salt, chemicals, improper cleaners, dragging, impact, and neglect may affect the appearance or condition of the product over time.
Customers are responsible for proper care, use, storage, cleaning, and maintenance after delivery.
Still Standing Patio is not responsible for damage, staining, cracking, discoloration, surface wear, corrosion of hardware, or deterioration caused by misuse, improper care, harsh chemicals, improper storage, freeze-thaw exposure, impact, dragging, standing water, or normal outdoor aging.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damage claims, and defective product claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to our Return and Refund Policy.
Damage Claims
Customers must inspect products upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged or appears defective, the customer must follow the process described in our Return and Refund Policy.
For freight or heavy-item deliveries, visible damage should be documented at delivery whenever possible, including photos of the product and packaging.
Failure to promptly report damage may limit available remedies.
